How to submit a ticket?

To submit a ticket to Vertopal, You must be logged in to Vertopal. Create a Vertopal account if you don't have one.
We also suggest specifying the category of your ticket before submitting it.

  1. Visit the Account. (or click on the My Account in the top-right.)
  2. In the sidebar, click on the SUPPORT option.
  3. On the new page, click on the New Ticket button in the top-right of the Recent Tickets box.
  4. Enter your title in the Title field.
  5. Select your category from the given categories in the Category field.
  6. Enter your description accurately in the Content field.
  7. Attach a file related to your ticket in the Attachment field to make it more clear if you want.
  8. Click on the Send button.
On Mobile Browser:
  1. Visit the Account. (or tap the menu in the top-right and then tap the My Account option.)
  2. Tap the button in the top-left.
  3. In the sidebar that opens, tap the SUPPORT option.
  4. On the new page, tap the New Ticket button in the top-right of the Recent Tickets box.
  5. Enter your title in the Title field.
  6. Select your category from the given categories in the Category field.
  7. Enter your description accurately in the Content field.
  8. Attach a file related to your ticket in the Attachment field to make it more clear if you want.
  9. Tap the Send button.

Your ticket will usually be answered in less than 24 hours. however, if it takes longer, please be patient.
