How to recover Vertopal account?

If you can't log into your account, you either forgot your password or lost access to your account for any reason. You can recover your account using the account recovery tool.

  1. Visit the Recovery page. (or click on the Log in | Register in the top-right. On the opened page, click on the Forgot Password? link under the login page.)
  2. Enter your email in the Email field.
  3. Click on the Next button.
  4. Enter the code sent to your email in the Code field.
  5. Click on the Confirm button.
  6. Enter the New Password fields (New Password, and Confirm New Password).
  7. Click on the Recover button.
On Mobile Browser:
  1. Visit the Recovery page. (or tap the menu in the top-right and then tap the Log in | Register option. On the opened page, tap the Forgot Password? link under the login page.)
  2. Enter your email in the Email field.
  3. Tap the Next button.
  4. Enter the code sent to your email in the Code field.
  5. Tap the Confirm button.
  6. Enter the New Password fields (New Password, and Confirm New Password).
  7. Tap the Recover button.

If everything is correct and valid, your account will be recovered.
