Convert X3F to CIN
Convert X3F images to CIN format, edit and optimize images online and free.
The X3F file extension, created by Sigma Corporation for its digital cameras with Foveon X3 sensors, captures raw image data with superior color accuracy and detail. It includes metadata and preview images, making it ideal for professional photographers. Sigma provides Sigma Photo Pro software for managing these files, and plugins are available for popular photo editing software. Despite limited support compared to other raw formats, the X3F format is highly valued by Sigma camera users for its exceptional image quality.
The CIN file extension stands for Kodak Cineon Bitmap Image, a format developed by Kodak in 1992 to digitize film images for electronic compositing, manipulation, and enhancement. It stores a single frame from a motion picture or video data stream with 10-bit color depth per RGB channel. Although the Cineon System is now discontinued, the format is still used in visual effects and film restoration. CIN files can be opened and converted using applications like Adobe Photoshop and XnViewMP.
